分體式超聲波清洗機(jī)依據(jù)應(yīng)用狀況有效溫控儀加熱，操作方法以下：按住加熱電源開(kāi)關(guān)，溫控儀將表明測(cè)量溫度與操縱溫度。上邊表明的是測(cè)量溫度，下邊表明的是操縱溫度，當(dāng)測(cè)量溫度小于操縱溫度時(shí)，溫控儀上out燈亮了，加熱顯示燈亮，機(jī)器設(shè)備處在加熱情況;當(dāng)測(cè)量溫度高過(guò)操縱溫度時(shí)，溫控儀上out燈滅，加熱顯示燈滅掉，機(jī)器設(shè)備終止加熱。操縱溫度設(shè)定方式：按撥碼鍵設(shè)置操縱溫度，，操縱溫度為58度。此類(lèi)一般是用加熱管加熱。
